The slowest worst location I have ever been to. I live close by and go here often and its always the same, but today was the... worst. Sat at the drive through speaker for almost 30 minutes with no greeting or told an estimate of how long it would be.Staff wasn't very friendly or apologetic of how long I waited. Asked for a 20 piece Mcnugget meal. Employee on the box immediately caught an attitude about that claiming that it doesn't exist... when I have had that meal from this location before. How in the world are you going to lie to a customers face and then catch anattitude with them over that? The food was mid as well and I had to go back in to get the sauces they forgot in my bag afterthey price gouged me and then gave me an attitude. Points for the restaurant being cleaner than any other McDonald's I've been to, but this location needs to 100% work on their... response time to customers. If you're not in drive-thru, its basically like you're invisible. I ordered a medium StrawberyWatermelon slushi and when I saw that the cup was small, I told the manager that I ordered a medium, he looks at my cup and saidit was a medium and rushed off. It was clearly labled small. But since he disappeared, I couldn't even get it rectified and Ihad no other cup to prove my comparison. Sucked, I lost out but the fries are always good ??????????? This is easily one of the worst fast food locations I have ever been to. The wait time is impossible and good luck getting... anyone on the inside I quite literally have called just to ask for someone to give me some sauce at the counter after I hadwaited 10 minutes and they looked at me like I was crazy. Food is always cold On average the drive-thru will take 10 minutes ormore. Only recently has there been slightly nicer workers which gets it an extra star and that's been a nice improvement butthe only one. Read more
Literally this is the worst McDonald?s in the world. I have never been to a McDonald?s this terrible. The workers there are so... rude and ghetto, yes I said ghetto (take it for how you read that word, I?m not responsible for how you take it) food is soooobad, I mean cold and bad. The drive thru is a total waste and if you go inside you?re waiting over 35 minutes for someone toeven acknowledge you. This McDonald?s needs to just shut down. The service was fast and our order was filled exactly as placed. The floors and some of the tables were a little dirty and the... staff was not particularly friendly. Overall the experience was a little above average for the McDonald's that we've visited inthe past. It should be noted that there is not a playground at this McDonald's but there is ample outdoor seating for niceweather days. Read more
This location continues to demonstrate that you can have slower service than you had last time. I?m writing this review while... sitting in the drive thru for 15min just waiting to pick up a mobile order. Absolutely horrible. Would rate 0/5 if I could.Avoid this location if at all possible.
