Whomever was working the headset on 22November2022 at 137pm was the absolute most rudest human being I've ever interacted with... in my life. Typically Martin's is a friendly, family vibe place to eat. This woman was rude, short tempered and spoke to uslike we were making her work harder than she'd like. I typically would have understood, considering the inside was empty and wewere the only car in the drive through, this shouldn't have happened. They wouldn't let us dine in and was only 2:15pm, they already poured out the sweet tea. Burger was drowned in mustard and they... didn't give us any napkins. Overall bad experience. Guess I should stick with breakfast only...??????? Read more

First of all, this place isn't the "best mf breakfast in the United States". It was fair. The restaurant was dirty. As in all... of the tables had some sort of drink ring, grease stain or food on it. Secondly, the fry grease looks like it's never beenchanged, ew. My eggs were ok, the sausage tasted ok but seemed like it had been sitting put for hours. The biscuit was thehighlight, bit not fluffy. I love me some Martin's as I was raised on it my mom worked at one from the time I was in elementary till I had my.first son! I... went through the line got.to the window where a elder lady was running the window she was beyond rude tossing food and drinksaround she told me she couldn't stretch her arm out so I biscally had to hang out my window to get my food I think this jointneeds a face lift cleaning and a new crew.and the Manger could care less about my.concerns she hung up on me. I have visited numerous Martins restaurants and they all need a good cleaning inside and out. The corporate office is, I think,... located in Mableton. Does someone not come out and check these restaurants? Do they not understand that if they improved theircleanliness and drive thru process they could function on the level of Chick-fil-A and probably triple their sales? I can't tellyou how many times I have passed by and not stopped because the drive thru was so backed up? Hire me, be willing to spend alittle money and I would triple your profit, I promise. You got to be willing to spend money to make money. In addition, hiremore people who take a little pride in their work, yes that means paying a little more labor cost, but at least they can put abiscuit together correctly. Sign outside said dining room open. It is not and it's really hard to feed a handicapped person in the car. All he wanted was... Martin's for a change. He didn't get it because of no inside dining. Food is great when you can get it. Just hate be lied to.That's the reason for the 1 star. Read more
This place is nasty the people inside act like they are doing you a favor waiting on you. The drive thru menu doesn't show... correct prices. Trust me when I say go to waffle house you'll have a better meal.... Read more
