Every single time I order delivery from this location, they just don't deliver my food. On one occasion, they apparently lost my... ticket (not sure what this means) so when I called, they were able to deliver my order to me two hours after I initially orderedand the rest of my orders recently just haven't been delivered at all. I've had to call the corporate line to get a refund whichthen takes time to get the money back. If this happened every once in a while, it would be fine, it's a mistake, but this hasbeen every time I've ordered from this location. It's hard enough to coordinate my lunch break with my coworkers, but then nothaving your food you've already paid for delivered just sucks. The one time they actually delivered my order without any issue,they forgot one of the items. :( I will say they're usually nice about it, but after the third time this happens, nice justdoesn't make up for not getting what I've paid and waited for. I wasted money on sandwiches from here. They are nothing like what they advertise. More bread than anything. Very little fixins.
The subs are great. One of them was the veggie unwich. The other was a ham and cheese.
Worst Jimmy John's EVER! They close their doors everyday before 4 PM without updating their sites or Google. They turn off the... lights and lock the doors way before the advertised hours. No one will pickup the phone when you call ahead. Read more
