I went to Jack's with my mother. I got the big breakfast. The big breakfast comes with hashbrowns, a biscuit, gravy, grits,... bacon, and scrambled eggs. I requested pancakes instead of gravy cause I do not like gravy. I ended up with gravy anyways, Igave the gravy to my mother. The hashbrowns were not good at all and the eggs were mediocre at best. The grits were good and thebacon was perfectly crispy and tasted great. The biscuit was very good too. But the pancakes had way too much butter, next timeI'll order them without butter. Read more
I wish I could give this zero stars. This has to be the worst customer service in Carroll County. This morning I was waiting in... line to pick up an order, the cashier took the orders for the customers in front of me. Then once she got to me, I told her Ihad two orders to pick up for door dash and she told me that I had to wait until she took care of the 7 or 8 customers who hadcame in after me. This happens every time I go into that store lately. They have completely lost my business and I will nolonger take door dash orders from this store. Read more

Went through the drive through for lunch. It took much longer then I expected. Through the window I could see no one seemed to... have a sense of urgency but they were friendly enough. We waited and waited until finally someone came to get our money and giveus our food. Turns out it had been sitting there the entire time we were. ??????? As a result the fries were cold but my husbandsaid his burger was good, the kids didn't complain and the chicken I had was very flavorful. Maybe just a one off. July 2nd , 2022 The woman with dreads working the drive Thur this morning had horrible customer service. I asked for a special... and 1 chicken biscuit . I get to the window and the lady taking the money says I ordered 4 chicken biscuits and a special. Isaid that's wrong and the woman taking the drive thur orders come out with a attitude telling me I didn't order that and that Isaid 4 chicken biscuits. So the lady handing me the food apologized for her co workers mistakes and the dread lady said "don'tsay sorry to him" . Everyone I know has problems with this woman.
