Just ordered for the first time, got everything I ordered except the marinara sauce I paid for extra. On the Philly steak I... clearly asked no green pepper or mushroom (I'm allergic) add mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. My husband's add jalapeños. Got home(15 mins away) no sauce, green peppe and mushroom on my sub. No extras like I asked on mine or his. I'm sorry your job is notthat hard!!! I will not be ordering from them anymore. They don't answer the phone. Forget items off your order. And when they finally answer their only response is "nothing we can do... about it now, but put a free coupon in our system for that item". Ordered the boneless wings with extra sauce. The chicken isover cooked and half of it has no sauce. Over an hour waiting for nothing but disappointment. Read more
Every time I get some Giovanni's, I am one happy gal. It's like no matter what I order, it's going to be absolutely delicious.... Wings are great, pasta is amazing, the fries are perfect. Just writing this is making me crave some Giovanni's, good thingthey're open until 4am! Read more

Spent $35 on a large pizza and 10 wings. A quarter of the pizza was bread only (picture above). Should?ve just ordered a small... pizza and a side of breadsticks to save money. Pizza looked like it was made by a 5 year old. It was oddly shaped and slices were all different weird shapes. No quality... control, and no pride in their work. Look at the picture! What a joke! If you want good food, go somewhere else! This is not anisolated instance of poor quality. It?s becoming the norm. Read more
Food was great but what really got me upset was I and my friend went to go eat there and they said sorry you can?t eat here only... the police can and I asked why is that they told us because they are government and I said well so are we showed them our badgesand where we worked and we were denied and still told we had to take our food and leave. I feel we where treated unfairly anduntil something changes they lost our business. Read more
