They do not follow delivery instructions at all. I requested contactless and put in notes to please not knock or ring bell just... leave on porch. I'm a call center customer service representative and I work from home.. I was on the phone with a customerwhen the driver repeatedly rang the bell. I had to place my customer on hold and ask him to read the instructions then quicklyreturn to my customer. I brought this up to the manager who didn't care at all and asked "What am I supposed to do?"... I hatethat I'd already left a tip on the app too... a tip for very poor service. Read more
If I could've given less stars I certainly would have. Customers service (by the manager) was appalling. Was delivered a salad... that expired 15 days prior to my order! This after a pervious order where a sandwich containing no meat was delivered. Everyoneis deserving of a 2nd chance...they blew it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & ORDER FROM ANYONE BUT DOMINO'S!! Read more

I ordered my food online and I even called ahead of time to make sure my order would be right and I got the food not to soon... after. The delivery guy was on the phone majority of the time and he kept dropping his phone which. More than likely caused thepizza to become even worse. It is beyond greasy and the pizza has not been cut it is unorganized and beyond a absolute hot messthe twisted knots were burnt and the pasta was scarce.. the manager told me all she could do is give me store credit she refusedto give me a refund because she claimed they don?t give refunds unless the food wasn?t given or it was canceled. She gave mestore credit for only the pizza and the twisted knots. I will be calling cooperate and receiving a full refund this is thesecond time I have had a problem with this establishment. They will not be receiving my service any longer!I pAid over 28dollars for this mess !!! Terrible service do not go here! The grease is even leaking from the box. I don?t even think themanger believed me she even told me if I come down there they could re-do the meal, but I am disabled and this would beextremely hard for me. Worst pizza place ever!!! They make fun of you, they don't care about regular customers. They think that if they just give you a... free pizza, everything will be fine. They insulted me over the phone because they made a mistake. Update 04/26/2020 it remainsthe worst place and the worst pizza. This place ends with the Domino's brand. We waited for the pizza for 2 hours and thenafter 1 hour on hold the pizza arrived cold, hard and burnt. Hot coke.
