Food was good but service needs to get better. Came inside to pick up mobile order and was never greeted. Stood at register for... almost 5 mins until another customer entered and we began to talk. Cashier returned to counter, took their order and, onceagain, ignored me. Not until I interrupted another worker at the window was I finally given my order which had been sittingsince my arrival. Maybe it was the lunch rush but ALL paying patrons shouldn?t just be ignored as I was. Read more

Went one day. Had 2 special orders. They nailed it! Tasted as it used to taste. Fresh! NOTHING was stale. So, I went back the... next day. It was just as good. This time I had 3 special orders. They nailed each one! I almost went back today. New store!Great service. Good taste. Read more

We had a little birthday party today. The playground was nice. The kids had a great time. Now that chicken sandwich looks... nothing like the picture. I got a small chicken patty no hang over. That was very disappointing for the price. Read more

Can't really figure her out. The store manager that is, I don't know if it's pressure being put on her from corporate or if... that's just her attitude. I took two groups of students there on two different days. My experience wasn't welcoming at all. Thefood was good, but not the customer service. She has poor customer service and it won't be long before the rest of the staff'sservice will be the same. Read more

Do yourself a favor and don't go. Awful owners. My dad and I went for lunch and they had a wet floor sign by the drinks. I... walked around it and the floor was not wet, but it was super greasy. Well... I went down hard and hurt myself pretty bad tothe the tune of around $2500 in medical bills. The manager was very kind and said no worries, we will cover the doctor bills. Cool right? Lies. Called a week later to let me know they were not helping at all. Zero, zip, nothing. Not even a callfrom the owners to make sure I was alright. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for treating people this way. I will nevereat at your place again and may the good lord himself seek vengeance for me and the pain you caused because of a greasy floor. Read more

This was the worst experience I have had in my entire life!!! After repeating my order multiple times to the cashier inside... today it was still incorrect. As soon as I paid I reviewed my receipt and it was incorrect. I told the manage immediately and hesaid he would correct it. When my food came out I stood at the counter and opened the burger. Obviously the sandwich wasincorrect. I had both hands in this burger and showed them. They put it back on the rack where all of the fresh food was. Theyremade it. And it was yet again wrong. On the third try it was finally made correct. Definitely will not be returning to thisrestaurant. If this is how burger kings are managed I may never eat at one again!! Read more
