I ordered a brisket sandwich, a classic Arby sandwich and two curly fries for my husband and myself at the drive thru. Was told... the drive thru computer went down and I would have to come in. I went in and had to wait in line and place the order againinside. The drive thru opened up again three minutes later. When we got home there were no sauces at all. So disappointed inthis Arbys. I love ARBYS and I use to get coupons at my old address but now I live farther out in the country well when I went through the... line and asked for the 2 gyros for $6.00 he said do you have the coupon and I said no we don?t get them at my address likebefore where I lived. He told me no I could not get it then for that deal with out coupon. Before leaving the drive through Iasked how I can sign up for coupons he said : I don?t know. Over the last few months I have been to this restaurant at least once a week for take out because it is one of my husband's all... time favorites.Sometimes,if the drive thru is long I will walk inside & order. Regardless, I have been enough to get a good ideaof how they operate. The order is ALWAYS accurate, they always ask if I need sauces. The inside & outside of the restaurant isalways Super clean. The few times I have used the restroom, before I ordered food to go, it has been clean & well stocked. Inthe last 6 months I have only had 1 thing I didn't like. Like most chains, they went through a period they experienced shortages& it seemed for awhile no matter what I ordered they were sold out of it.Things have improved & in the last month I have onlyexperienced 1 shortage.
