Good tasting Italian style coffees. They recently installed a manual espresso machine and are loving it over the automatic... model. But they may go back to automatic once the old one is repaired. The food was good, I opted for the pancake stack and ateall three (I usually can only eat one or two before I?m tired of pancake, haha). Very roomy venue with high ceilings and spacefor live music. 4 am is truly such a unique coffee shop! It was a favorite of mine during college; my friends and I would frequently go to study... or go for brunch dates. The best waitress EVER, of all the restaurants I have ever been to is Rebecca at 4 AM Coffee Roasters Cafe and Bar. Very... efficient. Very preemptive on dining needs. Friendly but not overly hovering friendly. I adore her!!! Every time I come to 4 AM,which is a few times a week, I like to have Rebecca for my wait staff person. THE place for coffee in Carrollton. They roast their own beans and have multiple blends for sale. THE place for the best... breakfast in this area. Hands down! Bring your laptop or tablet (great Wi-Fi; they won't put you on a timer like other places inthe area). Might be the only place west of Atlanta where you can get authentic Indian food (lunch). I am smitten by the coffee,the food, the vibe, and the stellar staff (signage could be improved; you'll find this gem on the back side of the big purplehouse, that locals refer to as "the Mansion").
