They didn't have any plates at any of the buffet tables. When they finally got some plates out there were no forks at any of... the buffets. Gave up and ate my salad with a spoon. Very slow/slack about keeping the buffet tables well supplied. I'm surethis is blamed on short staffing but really, NOT a good experience. Read more

Stopped for lunch at 2 on Saturday July 23 after lunch buffet was over. My wife ordered pizza on regular crust and I ordered... chicken that was supposed to come with choice of sides. When I told them I wanted Mac and cheese which was one of the choiceson the menu, I was told it only came with mashed potatoes. We then went to our table and I went to get my drink. Thecashier stopped me and said they didn't have any original crusts thawed out and ask ME what crust my wife wanted!! I said Ididn't know, she needed to ask my wife. When our meals came, they were in Togo boxes. When we pointed out that we ordereddine in, the waitress was rude. My wife's thin crust pizza was burned, my biscuit literally was solid as a rock!!! When Itapped it on my plate, it literally shattered!! There was no way I or anyone else would have been able to eat it!! There weretables that were dirty from lunch that were not cleaned off from lunch and no staff to be found to voice any problems after ourfood was brought out!! No way was our meals worth $30 and unless there are changes made, we will probably never grace theirdoors again!! Read more
Perfect buffet experience from the amazing service to the great food and clean buffet! The strawberry salad with spinach and... sliced almonds was amazing I toped with raspberry vinaigrette my first time trying anything like that I was a hardcore ranchgirl but I've totally been switched!!! Normally I am a huge fan of Pizza Ranch. The girlfriend and daughter did just fine. When we got there we were asked if we wanted... a certain kind of pizza made. She got a BLT, was pretty good by the way, and I ordered a chicken, broccoli, alfredo with bananapeppers, (they were out so I got green peppers instead), onions, black olives on an original crust. When they brought thepizzas out for us hers was just fine and they brought me a supreme on a thin crust. Told them it's not what I ordered. They tookit back and I continued to wait. I was finally brought a chicken, broccoli alfredo pizza on a thin crust without all the extrafixins' that I wanted. Told them I didn't want it and by that time my other two were done and ready to leave. The only thing Ihad was some stuffing and BLT pizza she ordered but only a little because I was waiting for the pizza I wanted. Ended up leavingwithout getting the pizza I wanted. Very disappointing. Pretty sure I'll never go back to that store. Read more
Dessert bar didn't have much, otherwise I liked the rest of the food. Wife thought the green beans, chicken fingers won't very... hot. She didn't like the banging of dishes that the staff did. I went to the restroom when we got there and before we left,were out of paper towels in the men's restroom. I told the staff twice. Read more

I was visiting from Arizona, absolutely loved the buffet!! Best broasted chicken ever!! Couldn't even compare it to anything in... Arizona!! Will be back whenever I get back to Iowa.
