This is the worst Casey's in Carroll. Used the restroom here and there was no toilet paper in the dispenser and the employees... do nothing but talk, laugh. and play on their phones when they should be working. This location needs to be closed. This placedon't even deserve one star! Read more
While I was checking out, I noticed that the first assistant manager whom was checking me out had a headset on playing music. I... had made a request for some cigarettes he had turned around and pulled down the panel in front of where the cigarettes were andapparently had forgotten what cigarettes I had asked for, he had to reask which ones I wanted. I informed him if he didn't havehis radio headset on he might have heard what I requested. He made the comment we're allowed to listen to our music, I said onlyif it doesn't interfere with your work. As I was leaving the store I noticed some gestures from him that he was challenging mefrom behind the counter, then when I stepped out of the store. he came out from behind the counter and in the middle of thestore was doing the same gestures, like what are you going to do about it. This is totally inappropriate actions for a firstassistant manager to be making to a customer. And he was thinking that I didn't see any of it and that it would never getreported. Read more
Fast and friend people and easy place to get gas
Normally I go to the other Casey?s because it?s closer to my house so on the occasions I go to this location I?m absolutely... thrilled when I order a pizza and it?s Monique ?? She?s the best. I stopped there on my way home at 10 pm the only staff in the building were sitting outside in front of the doors smoking. When... I walked in they continued to sit outside ,finally someone went back outside to ask if they were the only ones in the buildingand one came walking in and acted like she didn't even see us when we walked right in front of them to get in the door. I stopped into this location over the lunch hour (12:45). There was still breakfast pizza in the warmer and very limited hot... items to choose from. I thought a wrap would be the best way to go. I ordered my wrap and when I started with toppings she saidoh we don't have any toppings. It's truck day. I said no toppings at all? Not even lettuce. She said no. I asked why the delistation is even open? I didn't have time to go to another location to get lunch because I was in between appointments so I tookmy dry wrap with no toppings and suggested that they close the station until they have everything they need. I shared mydisappointment and suggestion with the clerk as well but the clerk just simply shrugged her shoulders charged full price for thewrap and sent me on my way.
