Our family (and friends) enjoyed the time spent together at Pizza Hut in Carrizo Springs, Texas. We received Outstanding... Customer Service and, as usual, the were being closely supervised by the manager, Marina Trujillo. She is the ideal person tooversee the service being provided to all customers. If I had a business, I would select her as the primary person to run mybusiness. She is an excellent service provider and cares about the personnel she supervises, as she assists customers herself,working hand-in-hand with all the crew members! Outstanding, ordered several pizzas to go before they opened up, thinking its gonna be awhile, but they had them ready just... before opening the doors and let me come in and pay. Read more

I placed my order thru the app and it gave me a time frame as to when my pizzas would be ready along with my chicken bites... (buffalo sauce). I arrived at the time that it stated that it would be ready and it was. I had selected my contactlesscurbside and it went smoothly. I was very happy with my order and the quality of the food. This is the worst Pizza Hut in South Texas there customer service is dictated by there Manager / Supervisor. . This is my... experience : Drove up to the Pizza Hut and parked at there #1 curbside parking . Me being a Diebetic I needed to eat . Aemployee from the store came out and greeted us at the curbside . I had gotten out to speak to the young man . explained to himthat I wanted to order my pizza and two cokes and was undecided wether I wanted to stay . So I walk to a table . And sat downwith my employee . . The waitress took my order . She then ask is that your truck I said yes . She then said well you have tomove it. I explained to her I have thousand dollars in back . and that I was not going to move it. She then walk to the back .after that called a guy. He then ask me to move it . I told him no iam not.. I need to watch my truck . with all my equipment..I ask what is the Big Deal There Are No Customer's inside the store.. I then told him I will not give a good review if you makeme move. So what Happens . The So called Dictator attitude Manager/Supervisor comes out YELLING at me .Telling me to move 2 carstalls down . Read more
