The cashier rang order up wrong as a combo. When I told him I didn't want the drink he that's ok because it cost almost the same... and he walked away. Fortunately another employee heard this and gave me credit for the drink which was about two bucks. Iregretted buying the new bacon pub burger It sounded good but didn't live up to the billing. I ordered the pretzel bacon cheeseburger combo without bacon and asked to add lettuce and tomato with a side of nuggets. The... customer service at the window was fine, he told me it was a wait on the nuggets and asked for me to park. When I received myorder the fries were cold. When I took the order back, they apologized and replaced the fries. When I started eating theburger, I realized, the pretzel burger was missing the onions and pickles. I pulled up to order at 11:30pm, I understand it was close to closing time but I was literally ignored while I tried to order. I... could see the employees thru the little window wiping the machines down and looking at me and the two other cars in line. Thisis the only fast food establishment open at night and after getting off a long shift myself it sucks I had to waste my time anddrive home hungry. Two ketchup pumps out and when I asked they threw a bucket of packets on counter. Whole place was filthy, trash everywhere.... Attendant confused with orders after I had her repeat to confirm. Gave me to go when dining in. Hot and fresh is a myth. Read more
This is quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, and it's been that way for well over a year now. Every time I go, no... matter if it's in the afternoon or late at night after I get out of work, it is guaranteed that either my order is wrong, thecoke machines are down and half their menu is unavailable, or there is a ridiculous wait time for the food. I love Wendy's forits food, but this particular Wendy's is just atrocious. Read more
