I love the pizza and food here but tonight it took over 1.5 hours and other people came in after us and were served and left. It... was my sons birthday and we missed our after dinner plans because it took so long. We sat at least 30 minutes trying to ordergelato after we finished our pizza. Additionally, I?m almost positive I paid someone else?s more expensive bill. I was told Icouldn?t see the receipt and they couldn?t print a receipt. I never got one by email and even when I mentioned I didn?t thinkthe bill was correct, they just apologized for the inconvenience. It was really bizarre. I love this spot but feeling like I wascharged for someone else?s meal and the inability to see my charges really left a bad taste in my mouth. Finally stopped by this place last night on a walk and got a gelato. Returned tonight to get some pizza and I legit have found... my new pizza spot!!! Great pizza, great gelato, great service!!! Napoli is open as of 2 weeks ago- I came to grab a quick gelato (Hazelnut and Espresso) and it did not disappoint. They have... outdoor seating, and everything is ordered and cooked out of their food truck! 5 stars for the service I got, the waiter wentand took me to the storefront(where the gelato is stored) and though we assumed we couldn?t do samples he went ahead and got ussome- much appreciated!! This pizza is simply amazing. The best pizza I've had in North Carolina, no question. It's very authentic, from the charred... spotting on the bottom to the soupy center. It was very affordable, too - we had two pizzas and two drinks for $30. The drinkswere great and the service was friendly. I can't wait to go back! Read more
The pizza was totally amazing.. Great tastes well presented. Not a place to go if you are on a budget. One pizza will serve one... person. No kids menu but they will charge you for a margaritas pizza for a plane pizza. We asked for extra cheese, unfortunatelyit did not seem like there was what one usually considers extra cheese. We also had Gelato great options and they all were goodflavors. The staff were very attentive and super nice. I did see a bunch of families with little ones. Location is hard tofind signage was small. Honestly we thought we had an amazing meal until we got home and all three of us were ???? ill. Read more
