Mel's commissary was a modern lunch deli style restaurant with delicious food at moderate cost. You can easily have a great meal... for under $10. I enjoyed everything i had - A Mel's Melt and all the sides(asian noodles, broccoli salad, man candy, and deviledeggs. This is a must-eat lunch place for Carrboro/Chapel Hill. Read more
