It's a Starbucks. You know exactly what you want to get and the baristas are great at their jobs. The WiFi is strong, and I feel... they almost never run out of the drinks/food I want to order. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish theyhad a changing table in the bathroom, either one on the wall or a small table with a changing pad. There's more than enoughspace in there, and it would make it a lot easier for customers with babies. Read more
Today I went into the Starbucks in Carpinteria (around 8:35/8:40) and it was to order 3 drinks before my sons soccer game down... the street which started @ 9am. Once I ordered my drinks I realized I should have ordered a few pastries and or donuts so when Isaw the line was down I went up to order a few it?s, 9 to be exact and it was pointed out to me btw. I didn?t leave Starbucksuntil 9:04am and I left without my pastries. My drinks were cold and I was late for the game. The cashier was super nice howeverhe guy in charge of heating up the food was not. i left without my food items and with cold coffee after 25-30 mins. I love this coffee shop!! I am always greeted with a friendly welcome when I enter the store. The staff are kind,... considerate,and always helpful. They make sure my order is right and deliver it as soon as possible. When the store is reallybusy with customers they handle it very well, being considerate and professional with everyone. This is a pretty good location! I came here 3 times while I was on location and I liked the vibe in the area and inside. The... barista got my order wrong once and they were clearly running out of stock quickly (chai and cold brew were unavailable the daysI came) which isn't a fault of the baristas but was a bit disappointing.
