Food cooked very well, curbside delivery somewhat slow.
The soda machine is not only covered in ants but there are hundreds IN the syrup. We drank most of the drink before we realized... there?s was ants in the drink and the manager didn?t even care. She did not refund or compensate us and didn?t even close themachine to other customers. I begged her to at least close it so they can clean the machine and she refused. Very busy. Could use more cashier's. Went for the adult happy meal but said didn't have any
This is for sure the store with the SLOWEST service ever!!! Front end girls barely move and if they're doing something else... like getting another order ready, forget it. They completely ignore customers waiting to be helped while they walk aroundminding their own business doing who knows what. When they finally help, again.. They barely even speak and move. Finallywhen my order was ready, they literately set it on top of the counter as they walked away so i had to figure that my order wasthere and ready and had to call the girl to provide me with some ketchup. Also its super confusing trying to figure out whereto go to standvin line. And last, they had the door next to parking locked for ever making people walk all the way around theback doors. WHY!!?? Who freaking knows why anymore... I mean.. All of their other locations are completely opened andeverything has been opened for ever.. Poor!!! Read more
This is EASILY the WORST McDonald?s I?ve ever gone to, it CONSISTENTLY is incredibly slow and understaffed. You are better off... going to the Taco Bell next to it. I?ve been waiting for my meal for 30+ MINUTES. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Solid McDonald?s off the 101. The McNuggets were nice and crispy. The sweet tea with half unsweet was made just ride. I think... the prices are a bit less than L.A. County too. No drive thru, but the mobile order service was quick. Read more
HOT & COLD! Although service was fast and good, food was cold????. We asked for fresh fries and they were warm almost cold. Not... very good ????. Chicken nuggets were also cold and a little stale ????. BUT, Coffee and strawberry cream pie were hot????. Theyhave a large seating area that was pretty clean for the most part, bathrooms were ok, can be a little cleaner, tables wereclean, trash area was clean, floors, and soda fountain were clean as well. Overall had a good service with bad food????. It justgoes to show how both food and service go together for the restaurant industry. Even for you McDonald's????. Read more
It was about the only place open on Thanksgiving evening. As expected, the sandwich looked nothing like on the menu ...but at... least it was warm. When traveling, you work with what you get. Read more
