Very slow service, don?t get me wrong I love Wing stop, the way I was serviced was terrible if you come and order in the store... be ready to wait up to 30 minutes for a simple order because this place priorities online orders over store orders. During myvisit there were 5-6 workers and while I was waiting for my order 4 of the workers were cleaning 1 was eating something hidingin the back I ended up waiting 40 minutes for 6 wings and fries which is unacceptable. ???????? Food was very good. There was a long wait after ordering. Call ahead to avoid wait time.
I stopped by Saturday night and the place was packed. Despite the rush, the friendly employees took great care of me and... recommended great sauce options for my food. I didn?t mind waiting a while, as I knew I would be getting delicious and hot food.Praise to these workers for working as a team and delivering great service. Read more
The staff here is honestly the best(especially the ginger cashier), but the place is obviously poorly managed with a manager... never there. The only person I have a issue with here is the girl with glasses that's always on her phone or giving attitudewhen I order. Read more
God Awful place! Came in and placed an order to go and was told it would be 20min wait. After waiting the 20min I noticed a bag... placed down. No one came to the front. People in the kitchen were messing around and playing I started to wonder if there was amanager or just kids back there working. The person who originally placed my order came to the front and said ?I forgot outabout you bro? like I hope the manager sees this and learns to take control of this future dying business if they can?t managetheir employees in doing their jobs. Ive ordered here 4x, didnt want to give a poor review just from 2 visits but i see it is a consistent issue. Ordering lemon... pepper and garlic parmesan and the cajun wings are no different than ordering flavorless classic wings, they only put a sprinkleof seasoning on them, or a few drops of parmesan, never can tell what kind of wings your eating. Ordered from here online and drove 20 minutes to pickup food. Got home and half of the food was not in there. My fault for not... checking but the bag was sealed with a sticker and assumed the workers put all the food in the bag. Called and asked if theywould fix it if I came back, they said we will give you the fries. I asked them to remake the food because it wasn?t my faultthey messed it up. Said they would give me a refund for all the food and nope. Got a refund for just the fries. Chicken was hardand old. Definitely not fresh. On top of everything else, the wrong flavoring was on the wings. Definitely stay away from here.They constantly mess the food up. Read more
