Consistent quality, great pizza! When we order pizza, it's not a question of where we will order from. Even after the change of... ownership, they still deliver a consistent Masi's pizza. Delivery is always fast, and the pizza is consistently good. Usuallyget 1/2 pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and the other half cheese. Last time ordering, for whatever reason, they added cheesy friesto my order. I was going to call and dispute, but once we tried them, we quickly decided to just take the hit. I am craving themnow. They were that good. Quite possibly will add them to any future order. Bonus: Pizza comes with a menu with coupons so youcan save on delivery, bonus pizza, etc. Read more
Terrible pizza. The toppings were cheap quality especially the cheese. The cheese was like plastic. and they don’t listen. So... I ordered extra pepperoni and got hardly any. No extra cheese as ordered as well. The delivery driver had me come out to get itthe pizza was also over cooked. I wound up throwing it all in the trash. A waste of 70.00 dollars. Go to the Casey’s gasstation the pizza is way better and much cheaper. Read more
Masi's has the worst customer service I've experienced at any business in the area, and I will never go back. My colleague and... I called ahead our lunch order for pickup, and we were told by an employee that our order would be ready in ten minutes. Weordered at 11:50 for pickup around noon. Seems totally reasonable. When we arrived shortly after noon, expecting our order tobe ready so that we could make it back to work on time to actually enjoy our meal, the cooks were joking in the kitchen, and mycolleague and I learned THAT THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED OUR ORDER. We had to wait 15 minutes in the entryway for our order thatshould have been ready when we arrived! That left us only 10 minutes to drive back to our work, which is 12 minutes fromMasi's. We didn't have the time to eat because of their unprofessional and terrible service! So we had to save it for later.When we were able to actually eat our pizza (about 2 hours later), we discovered that they messed up our order as well! Thepizza wasn't even that good; their sauce is oddly sweet. My colleague and I shared our negative experience with our othercolleagues (about 20 other people), and if the owner happens to be reading this, please reconsider how you operate yourestablishment. Your staff needs to respect other people's time and stay true to their word. Read more

I ordered delivery. I've lived in the area for 20 years and this is first time I ordered from a local pizza place. I ordered the... Western Pizza and I loved it. The cheese was my favorite part and there was a generous amount of toppings. My family alsoenjoyed the pizza as well. I do wish I ordered some sides like garlic bread.
