Normally theyre somewhat quick with orders, they do tend to mess orders up, out of the 15 times I have went there my order has... only been correct 8 times. As for today in particular they had an absolutely horrid wait time, after sitting for roughly 40minutes I left for another resturant. After giving them another 5 tries they consistantly mess up orders, I have to lower myprevious 2 stars to a 1 star. Read more

Drive thru cashier was rude and insulting. When I tried to call the manager of that location there was no answer. I called... corporate 4 times each time they said they would escalate the complaint, so now I am waiting for the district manager to call meback. No follow through by management from the shift manager all the way up to district manager. Call center is nice enough totake my complaint, but they keep putting it on the restaurant to call me back. Worst fast food place I have ever been too. All these comments are right on here. They are rude, incredibly slow, they don?t... know the menu which is sad and the food is cold. Lars was the guy taking my order and when I said it cost 5 dollars for a valuemeal on the menu. Some kind of promotion they were having that I saw on the menu. He tells me well it says 7 dollars on my end.I told him it?s a huge thing on the menu that says five and he just told me it was 7 again. It?s not rocket science to work thedrive thru. I will never come back. Been here like 7 times and always had a problem. I have no clue how this is still open. Read more

Order will be missing item, charged for item not ordered about 1 out of 3 visits. Service is below average and they have new... employees Every time we go.. refund is bs as well . You have to purchase a whole new order. Then they can cancel the originaland wait for funds to go back into your account days later. Basically you spend double that visit. But it's the Only BK aroundhave to put up with it. Read more

Had it with this place. Food is never hot. Did not go back for a year. Tried them again tonight. Asked for no onions and extra... ketchup. Even said so on the receipt. Got home, had onions and hardly any ketchup. Medium fries were small size. Tried tosupport them but no more. Read more

Every morning I come by at 6.05 to 6:15 and they are never open. I am not the only one who I have seen waiting for the store to... open at the 6am time they have on the door, I have seen several others also waiting at the drive thru. If you have changed yourhours at least put up a temporary sign, you could even write it with a sharpie but this is just ignoring your customers. Whywould you allow a Manager to run the store this way with no repercussions? Please step it up, by the way I ate at another BurgerKing today for lunch and had the most amazing Whopper I have had in a very long time. Read more
