New owners, so tried after few months because a local favorite. Ordered usual. The line was slower than past. Ordered cut twice,... not cut through so it could not be picked up to eat. Cashier had a poor, uppity attitude. After recutting the bread, it wasunderdone. Ingredients were fresh, sandwich made Subway artist way. Will return later in the year to see if kinks have beenaddressed. Property and restaurant was clean. Not sure if tables are addressed between customers. Read more

I understand now why they call their employees sandwich artists. It speaks to a higher calling, a greater approach to customer... service and food preparation. So, to that point--in one word, SAM, short for Subway employee Samantha. My family and I met herwhen we came in for dinner, and she was by far one of the best employees in any food service we have ever encountered. Friendly,kind, compassionate and helpful throughout completing the food order for six people. She never once wavered in her patience,tone, or professionalism. She was playful and gentle with our children, and Incredibly polite. Her other partner working therewas also very helpful, but Sam provided some of the best customer service I've ever had in my life. Their Subways all over thiscountry, but if you are passing through this area you simply must stop by and ask for her. Not only will you have a wonderfulface-to-face encounter with an amazing human being, but most likely have one of the most delicious sandwiches you've ever eaten. Read more

I went to Subway at Carolina Beach, NC on June 16th, 2022 @ 6:10pm to purchase cookies for my son. I didn't want a sandwich,... just cookies so I patiently waited behind a man that was currently paying for his sandwich. As I waited, another customer walkedin and went to the beginning of the line to order a sandwich. After the Subway worker waited on the customer in front of me,she immediately walked to the start of the sandwich line to help the customer that came in after me. At no time did she make eyecontact or even acknowledge me. So assuming that she didn't see me, I called out..."Ma'am, I was first before thatcustomer". She finally glanced over at me and said abruptly, the line starts down here and then turned back to the customer andasked how could she help him. I was in shocked. I have been to a lot of subways over my lifetime but NEVER have I been treatedlike this. I should have just left at this point but for some reason I thought explaining why I was there would clear things up.I told her I was only there to get cookies, not a sandwich. She then responded back to me..."As I said before, the line startsdown here. And you should have spoken up earlier." She then hollered for her co-worker that was in the back to come help me withmy order. As her co-worker helped me, I said out loud, "Your co-worker is very rude". Once again she yells back at me while I'mpaying for my cookies ,"I'm not rude, you just can't read the sign. It clearly says the line starts down here". I walked out tothe car and gave the cookies to my son. I decided to go back in and get the worker's name. When I asked her name she respondedback...."Why do you need my name for?". Then she said it was "Sam". I truly doubt this was her real name. I told her that theway she was treating customers was wrong and she needed better customer service skills if she wanted to work with thepublic. Went there to get a sub & order a sub & they refused subway local coupons. So, when he refused the coupon I just left the sub... there. That person started Yelling at me as I was walking out the door because I didn't purchase the high priced sub. Thesepeople was always very rude even when they use to accept coupons. But Never again! Went in to get a Sub as I always like to shop Local. The Gentleman who helped me was extremely Rude. Would not accept the local... coupons out of the Local Island Gazette Newspaper said "We have to make money" multiple times. I get it - However there was noneed to be Rude throughout the whole sandwich making process. Not to mention they wanted to charge and extra $2 for EACHadditional cheese. I will no longer patronize this Subway and will eat at a Local restaurant. The food was OK but the gentlemanmaking my Sub went VERY SKIMPY on EVERYTHING. I almost walked out. You will NOT get your monies worth at this Store. Read more

Last time we ever go to Subway in CarolinaBeach. The employees were very rude! Gave them a Subway coupon and they literally... almost laughed and said we don?t accept coupons. The food is fine but these have to be the rudest people I?ve ever encountered. Read more
