Reviews for Nauti Dog in Carolina Beach, NC
Have been to this sleeper half a dozen times in off season and peak season. Their drinks are absolutely amazing and the location... is steps away from the boardwalk. We choose to dine on the outside seating facing the bar which provides an amazing view of thedrink prep and hustle bustle of the boardwalk patrons. This is a great spot anytime of year! Read more
The hostess greets you with a smile and seats you. The wait staff are all very efficient and works hard. They are very nice... and personable. Drinks are continuosly refilled. There are a variety of hot dogs to choose from. The Chicago dog has genuinefixings. The German dog has pickled onions. Both were delicious. Great experience, will be back. Thank you! Back for theChicago dog, yum! Read more

I didn't expect much from this small beachfront establishment but it was very good. My date and I ordered two different hot... dogs and tried the house chips and the French fries. Our orders were very good and the side dishes were great. House chips arevery clearly made in house. I loved them while my date preferred the French fries. Both were tasty. Overall the restaurant wasfairly portioned at about $25 per couple which is fine considering the location. Read more
I had read about Nauti Dog on google and saw it as we were cruising through Carolina Beach. I ordered the Gouda Dog and my... husband built his own Dog. They were both delicious and plenty big enough for a meal. I chose the tomato/cucumber side and myhusband had the coleslaw which both tasted great! Cold beers with our food and this was the perfect meal! Read more

We were visiting Fort Fisher and the NC Aquarium there and decided to stop somewhere in town for lunch before heading back to... Wilmington. We found Nauti Dog on google and thought it sounded pretty interesting. We ended up getting 4 dogs and 1 appetizer. None of the cooks were wearing masks but the wait staff all had masks on. The restaurant was super crowded on Friday around 1PMin April and we were not comfortable eating in the restaurant so we ordered carry out. From what my wife could tell, there wasno attempts in the restaurant to reduce capacity or social distance. We ordered: Nauti Dog - which tasted like your typical hotdog with some fixings. The cheese was good, the bacon was good and pretzel bun was great. Nothing really special but if you'relooking for a good hot dog this would probably satisfy your craving. Chili Dog - we had this without mustard as my middle sondoesn't like mustard. Similar to the Nauti Dog, it was good hot dog. Nothing that really knocked us off our feet but it was agood chili dog. The fried onion straws were a nice touch. Cali Dog - this was totally different and we really liked it(especially my wife). The texture from the cucumbers, tomatoes and raw red onions on the hot dog. It had a great kick from theonions but the guacamole helped cool it down too. There was so much flavor from the toppings that we barely noticed the turkeydog itself. We would definitely get this one again and suggest anyone wanted a more refreshing hot dog (almost like a salad) toget this one. Gouda Dog - this one was my personal favorite. The mustard and pimento cheese and onion straws gave it a very avery strong cheesy flavor that made it also very distinct but also still taste like a hot dog. There was so much toppings onthis one as well we used it to dip the chips in. If you like cheese then this is the hot dog for you. Would also recommend thisto anyone who is interested in trying something a little different. Pretzel and Beer Cheese appeti Read more
Great place with what seems to be the most modern and on trend menu on the boardwalk with lots of vegan (beyond and lightlife... dogs I think) and gluten free options. The atmosphere is brighter and cleaner than the other places to eat around which makesme feel good being here. All of their domestic beers are in glass which is rare to come by at a bar now but the most importantthing is the beer is very cold. Read more
