Fast food yes but is it worth it? NO worst bojangles I have ever been to. Other than the cole slaw my chicken is always burnt... and dry along with the fries. Wish I could post what my $12 meal looked like. Read more
Aweful. Super lone drive through line. Decided to park and go in only to find the dining room was closed. By the time I got back... in my car I lost my place in line. Horrible food- extremely salty. Fries had too much seasoning. Horrible wait service thatdidn't care about the dining room being closed. Sweet tea was good though. That's about it. Read more
I thought it would be the fastest option since I live on the Island but no it took 30 minutes just to get through the drive... thru. I could have gone to Chick-fil-A and back in the time it took to get my food. What a disappointment. Close down thisrestaurant and open something that can run properly. Read more
Store closed for walk in at 7am. Drive thru was also closed due to food truck loading at drive thru area. Finally went back and ... biscuit was so hard to eat and no spoon or butter for grits ordered and coffee was only lukewarm. We ate at 7pm, so it was past rush hour. The chicken tenders and sandwich temperatures were less than warm. The Cajun fries are... still way salty; on a positive note cashier was very friendly and professional. So we was chilling in the curbside pickup for an hour and a half because we needed to make an online order. The reason for this... was because the narcs who call themselves ?fast food workers? decided to leave us on read when we went through the drivethrough. Upon waiting for over an HOUR, we received our food which happened to only be a quarter of what we ordered. We thenproceeded to call the place FOUR TIMES to fix the mishap to no avail. When we went back around to fix the issue, the old hag wholooked as if she was on her death bed was befuddled at our order. 0/5 never again L restaurant chik fil a better. Read more
Was in there a few days ago. Just stood there waiting for someone to wait on me. Finally, someone took the order my order. Then... they argued about whether the cook gave the wait staff the egg sandwich or not. He made another. I asked for a napkin since thedispensers were empty? she said ok but I never got the napkin? My family and I always get a 20 piece family meal. 2 out of the last 3 times we were told 25 mins or longer on chicken. The one... time they had chicken it was fried in old grease the chicken was almost black because of it. I returned it and was asked whatwas wrong with it? By the cook.By the time I got home with decent chicken all the sides were cold and had to be reheated. Itseems that some of the staff would rather run off customers than to fill a big order. Read more
