The food was good overall! It wasn?t very busy during lunch. The lower rating is due to the server?s attitude as they brought... the wrong order and then proceeded to tell us it was what we ordered when it actually wasn?t. My recommendation would be havingthe servers take down the order somehow, whether it be written or digitally so this doesn?t happen or even repeat it backcompletely. But more importantly I didn?t like the accusations basically saying we?re lying when it wasn?t what we ordered. Wecan understand that people make mistakes. May try again in the future, but hopefully the customer service will be better. Read more
Very disappointed today during our visit. Ordered two dishes of the pasta shrimp and broccoli but asked for no shrimp due to... alergies. They accommodated our order but charged us for the full plate. $24/order for pasta and broccoli??? We also orderchicken vesuvio which was only $22. When I mentioned this to the waitress she was caught off guard and agreed with me to justhave the shrimp on the side since I pay for it anyway. Didnt even offer to ask a manager. Very disappointed and went from 4 to3 stars because of this. Read more

This is the real deal. Eating at a great Italian restaurant like Osteria Trulli is like being back in the old country. I love... their wood burning pizza and their fried calamari. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Read more
