I used the mobile app and chose pickup at the counter inside the restaurant. But when I arrived and tried to open the door, the... inside of the restaurant was closed for construction. Come on McDs, get your act together. Picking up the order inside therestaurant shouldn't be an option on the app when the inside of the restaurant is closed for construction! I got to say the food at this McDonald's has a higher rate of being fresh than other locations but the quality of the workers,... yikes. Zero politeness. One of the girls was flipping the happy meal I ordered over and over. Thanks for spilling all of thefries everywhere. Read more

Drive thru cashier took my card but would not tell me what I ordered or how much I would be paying. When I asked for a refund on... whatever it was she charged she ignored me and turned away from the window. When I got to the next window and asked for a refundthe manger handed me my card back with another receipt saying he did refund it. However, once I left I realized he had justhanded me another copy of my receipt. Back to the location the manger did finally give me a refund but wouldnt speak to me, lookat me or even apologize. I had driven an hour to get to the doctor, but I was late. Because, I went to McDonald's and ordered from drive-thru to reach my... destination sooner. unfortunately, after waiting for 45 minutes, they brought the food cold and incomplete, and the order wasmissing. I showed her the receipt and I told her I'm missing the food but she's not believed me. And she said They don't sellanymore hash Brown. without apologizing to me or offering me another food or refund. My son and I left McDonald's without food. Read more
