Had the chicken wrap was very good with fast service. Cost was $10.00 for wrap $13. With chips and drink.

Oh boy! I forgot some of my order so I called and asked for my money back. A worker said they would credit my account. Fast... forward I get a phone call five minutes later from the Jimmy Johns manager he did not leave me a name however he sounded veryvery young, proceeded to tell me no his driver did leave my entire order. I went back on my video camera to notice that he didnot. I apologized to the manager saying sorry for the trouble however they did not and I can show you the camera. He told me nothat?s fine and just hung up when I told him I had a camera. Probably wouldn?t call customers insinuating that they are liars.Shop somewhere else terrible customer service! Read more

Thanks Jimmy John's (being sarcastic)for making me very deathly ill. Ordered tuna sandwich and had hidden onions in tuna. I am... deadly allergic to onions. I get this sandwich at work from Jimmy John's in Geneva and absolutely delicious! Hey Army Trailstore, is that why all of you are just standing around behind the counter. Never, Never ordering from you again. This storeneeds help, lots of help. Thank goodness they forgot to put any decent amount of tuna in the sandwich. You need lessons from theGeneva store. I just picked up a sandwich from there and I was Surprised how I was treated. The man taking my order continually talk to... someone else who was picking up an order at the same time he was trying to talk to me about my order. I then asked for a napkinso I could use it right away and he continually told me to get it from the other end of the counter. Two times I asked him forone even while he was at the other end and he still wouldn?t give me one. If the stores sales are not good it?s likely becauseof the rudeness of this individual. Customer service at this location is terrible! Starting from the order taker all the way to receiving the order ?not so fast?... and the terrible managers they have running this store! Charged me for items I didn?t want and then forgot to include items Idid order, but manager insisted she personally put them in the box. The box had zero room to fit anything else! Rebecca tried tobe courteous and offered me credit and then some other supposed manager name Jennifer came on the phone was rude and said it?sone or the other!! WHAT? I ordered 3 combos, which comes with chips and a 22 oz drink, order taker kept asking what kind ofchips, I repeated it back to him 4 times and STILL got it wrong! Then manager forgets to take me off mute or hold and I can hearthem complaining about my order and blaming me for ?mumbling?. So effing rude!! If he didn?t hear me or understand what I wassaying, he should?ve asked me to repeat myself like he had me on hold to fix his computer! I normally love JJ but this locationis the most disappointing store EVER! I will NEVER order from this location ever again! My fiancé ordered from Jimmy John's today and it was a horrible customer service experience. Firstly, the guy taking her order... kept saying his system was shutting down and it took close to 10 minutes to even place the order. We ordered 3 combos whichinclude a 22 ounce drink, which is posted on the flyer and the website. The guy kept asking her what size and she kept saying 22ounce that comes with the combo. Needless to say, he still charged us for a large. It took over 30 minutes to get our order andthe chips were not even in the box. So we called the store. The manager said she put the chips in the box herself, which was alie because there was not even room to put the chips in the box. After going back and forth with Rebecca and Jennifer about theorder, Rebecca offered us a $10 credit. So we said thank you and my fiancé stated that we still wanted the chips because wepaid for our order and they were part of the order. Jennifer jumps on the phone and says that they can not give us the $10credit and OUR chips that were paid for. She said it was either one or the other which makes no sense, since the order wasmissing chips, the drink was the wrong size, we were charged for large size we never asked for, the order was over 30 minuteslate, the manager doesn't want to rectify the situation, poor customer service, and even hearing the order taker in thebackground saying he could barely hear her because she was mumbling the entire phone call, which was another lie. Oh, and mysandwich was so flat like someone laid something on top of it and her sandwich seems like there was no thought put into it.Never again will we buy from this location 1 minute from our home. We rather go outside of the area. Lastly, Jennifer removedthe $10 credit from our account and told my fiancé to "contact corporate then", since we asked for the corporate number. This was a slim 4. Barely a slice of turkey. Where is the meat? Other Jimmy John's put at least two slices. I should not order... the regular one if I want a slim. The other time I order from your store there were two slices. This was terrible sandwich. Read more
