This Dunkin? is exceptional. I often visit on my way to work and look forward to it every day. The staff are some of the kindest... employees I?ve ever met at a chain restaurant. I always feel very welcome when I stop at this specific store, never like I am aburden or just another customer. The staff always seems excited to see you and will even ask your about your day. They are alsovery attentive to service, making sure you have everything you need for your order. They?ve never forgotten to give me a strawor cutlery, and have even gone as far as to offer me some extra napkins to keep in my car! These little things prove that theemployees are willing to go the extra mile for their customers, and they deserve to be recognized for it. There is not a singletime that I have felt neglected at this Dunkin location. Food service can be tough, and the fact that the staff treats customerswith the utmost respect and more despite the hassles of day-to-day work is precious in this day and age. The drive thru speakers very loud, when I asked if she could turn the volume down she claimed she just had a loud voice. No... other location has such a loud speaker. She also insists on calling all customers baby, no matter their age. Being older thenher makes it even more awkward. I can't imagine referring to anyone in a professional setting with this derogatory language. It's not endearing at all. It's borderline offensive and comes across as hostile more often then not. The owner of this locationneeds to retrain, at least observe what this is like for customers and address it. Read more
The workers here so kind and totally my style which is always a plus to me. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and the girls... working that Saturday loved my style and that felt really good to hear especially getting off of work next door and have a brewof coffee to chill after a hard days work. ???????? There is a lady working here that will just light up your day when she takes your order. I used to order at the Dunkin down the... road because it's a shorter drive, but they would get the order wrong or frequently be out of things and the final straw brokewhen they closed early and wouldn't fulfill my mobile order or even talk to people waiting at the window or front door noranswer the phone - just two people standing inside counting the drawer and occasionally glancing up at us until we allleft. What's my point? This is the good Dunkin. If you find yourself at the Tincup Pass Shopping Center Dunkin, that's the badone - drive up the road 1 minute for better service. Read more
The workers are very friendly at this location, even for the drive thru, making it an enjoyable stop along my way to work some... mornings. I like that they don't judge when I buy ice cream in the morning. Keep those waffle cones coming plz. Read more
Absolutely one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. I came in through drive-through it wasn't even close to closing... time. Yesterday around 6 or 7. I started to place my order and then I had some add ons. I apologize for the inconvenience andstarted to order. And whatever female was working in the drive-through. Yelled at us "too just pull up to the window we'll getit". And I mean actually yelled and extremely aggressive over the microphone I didn't buy anything I just left. Read more
