Went to this location yesterday. We ordered at the drive thru, someone took our order on the machine and didnt even tell us our... total, just told us to drive up to the window. Went to the window and just waited their, and waited until we realized that noonewas coming. We even honked and noone came. Wondering what they were doing inside that made them so busy as to not be doing theirjob. Never coming here again. Dont want to ever eat from a place that is doing whatever they were doing. Read more
Stopped by yesterday and they had the lobby closed. Most employees sitting on the counter just stared as we tried to open the... door. No sign of it being closed so we went through the drive thru where a girl in a black crop top and sweat pants took ourorder with the most annoyed attitude. Our drinks were also extremely sweet. I stopped getting Dunkin? for several reasons, one of which was the inconsistency of my orders at this location & another was... because of the lack of positive interactions I have with staff. They also never give me my receipt either & make it seem likean inconvenience when I ask for it. Today?s experience reminded me why I stopped going to Dunkin? by not getting thecustomizations on my order & the chocolate croissant being dry. Read more
Lady on the intercom was rude, rushed us, and could hardly speak English. The wake up wraps were gross, overcooked yet cold, and... not on the usual tortilla. Never usually go to this dunkin and won't ever again. Absolutely awful. We were in and out of theline quick which I thought was nice but I see why it was so fast now. Never. Again. You know what to expect from Dunkin, but this location consistently messes up orders, overcharges, and/or provides... bad food. I'm usually pretty patient and forgiving, but enough is enough. Today I ordered 2 Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants. It'ssupposed to be 2 for $6, but they somehow only rang up one for $4.20. When I explained that I had ordered 2, and the totalshould be $6+tax, she rang up a 2nd and charged me another $4.20. Two sandwiches for $8+?! And look at the quality theydelivered (burnt croissant). So, never again. I'll drive a little further to North Ave or Army Trail west of Gary Ave. Thislocation is never getting my business again. Read more
The service here is always quick and efficient. The doughnuts are nothing special but the seasonal ones are usually worth a... trip. The brownie batter and cookie dough filled one is really good. Read more
