They always get my orders right and everyone there is Keen to making sure the customer is happy from the preparation of your... pizza, through the oven, all the way up to the cash register.. very hard workers and very friendly.. thank you Carol City PapaJohn's for all the fantastic food that's always on time and Jumanji! I hope I get my reward points back, I've been ordering at this Papa John's every two weeks for almost a decade. The last 3... months have been the worst. No need to dive into details but everything you can imagine is an issue as far as quality of food. Imust admit though the staff has remained pleasant, although the product has declined. ???? Driver delivered to wrong house and manager was no help at all. I used points on this order and am not sure if I?ll receive them... back. The manager by the name of ?Dooby? wasn?t very helpful at all. Didn?t apologize or offer to send another pizza or nothinghorrible horrible service. I just ordered 30 min ago, I ordered a 3 cheese with extra cheese well done, an all the way pizza well done, both pies not well... done and looks like it has less cheese than normal and speaking of no cheese, I also ordered jalapeño popper rolls and receivedthem with no cheese... how hard is it to mess that up?
