Terrible experience from the time I arrived to the time I left. The front door of this place was hard to open. A female employee... of KFC was standing by the door and saw me struggling to open the door and turned away without helping. I had to bang on thedoor for her to open it. Then I got to the counter and the cashier "Kenneth" never greeted me he only said, rudely, "we onlytaking credit cards" then they were out of the pieces of chicken that I wanted and was told that no more chicken would be readyfor 40 minutes. Ashley the store manager has a attitude problem and doesn?t know what she is doing or talking about.. everyone else is cool at... this location but her I?ve seen her before talking down to her coworkers.. she must be fired immediately!! Read more

Ok so I was ready to order got to the speaker and I was sitting there in my car for like 3 minutes the lady finally said... something and was super rude she was like helloooooo I?ve been trying to take you?re order for the past 5 minutes and I said oksorry because she had never said anything and I was saying hello and I told her Can I get the jack Harlow meal please and shegoes noo and then I said I?m sorry she goes any sides so I tell her she goes drive up to second window when I get there shestarts trying to be funny telling me I ordered a chicken sandwich and that there?s a chicken behind me with a rude attitude veryrude customer service . Just went to this location for a quick pick up order and all the store doors were locked. Me and another customer were outside... and none of the employees opened the door. The cleaning lady opened for us and then i picked up my order. I asked the employeewhy the doors were locked and she said that the doors should be open. I explained to her the situation and asked her what shouldi do if next time i come something like this happens and I?m locked outside unable to pick up my order. Maybe go to the drivethrough or something. She had a really bad attitude towards me even so i was being nice to her and asking her politely. She misstreated me and the other customer that had the same question. The worst of all is that this woman is the Store Manager. Her nameis Ashley. Don?t even bother going here, worst store management. Long line for no reason, lady saying all head sets were broken couldn?t... hear me well. So I pull up to the window to order and tells me I have to go back around and start the line after waiting for 10min and kept repeating my order over and over again. If this how kfc runs his employees and work ethic, I don?t see thisestablishment being in business much longer. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Read more
I give 1 star just because the 1800 number of KFC was very professional and pleasant. Unfortunately the restaurant is not... deserving of any stars. I have post reviews on this restaurant before months ago. Thought I would give it another try " bigmistake " this by far has to be the worst KFC in Florida. Customer service is nonexistent "rude and disrespectful from themanager down" not clean, food not fresh if they have it. Order was inaccurate (because they filled the order with what they hadnot what I ordered) and the manager instead of apologizing and making a correction said "just let me give you your money back".Waste of time. If KFC continues to allow this resturant to operate this way shame on you! FIX IT, MOVE OR CLOSE! We nolongerwant this in our area. I went through the drive thru July 7th at 2:58. I don't normally eat out, but my grandkids are visiting and wanted KFC tenders. I thought I was ordering a family meal, but was... told I paid for tenders only. 12 pc for 28.00 ???? When I explained I thought I ordered a family meal...instead of adjusting thetotal or redoing the order the manager added the cost of additional sides @ an addtl $14. Then I asked for the biscuits thatcame with the family meal and she says she didn't add that in. ???? I begged her pardon and she says "I'll just give them toyou". She never yelled or treated me badly..but looking out for the best deal for a customer should be part of great service. Thank You. Read more
