Terrible experience from the time I arrived to the time I left. The front door of this place was hard to open. A female employee... of KFC was standing by the door and saw me struggling to open the door and turned away without helping. I had to bang on thedoor for her to open it. Then I got to the counter and the cashier "Kenneth" never greeted me he only said, rudely, "we onlytaking credit cards" then they were out of the pieces of chicken that I wanted and was told that no more chicken would be readyfor 40 minutes. When I explained I thought I ordered a family meal...instead of adjusting thetotal or redoing the order the manager added the cost of additional sides @ an addtl $14. Then I asked for the biscuits thatcame with the family meal and she says she didn't add that in. ???? I begged her pardon and she says "I'll just give them toyou".
