Some delivery driver named Jose was suppose to deliver my pizza, I checked the website and it said my pizza was here. I filed a... claim and call twice but no one answered. Jose calls me later and says my pizza is here come and get it. I tried to give thisplace another chance but I was definitely mistaken. I will be getting my money back when they open up the next day. The quality of service and appearance of some of these delivery drivers is pretty bad. I almost had a conversation with the... manager but decided not to waste my breath about this Marc guy they hired. They sent this guy to me and my wife's house and hewas 11 minutes from our house for 30-40 min which means he stopped somewhere and said forget about our order. So food of coursecame cold but what ticked me off is my wife telling me he crumbled the receipt in his hand and walked away with a attitude whichlater we found in our yard. This location has the worst customer service. I placed an order online? I noticed I had a typo in my Phone number so I quickly... tried calling to correct it so there was no confusion with the delivery. Now they have this call center answering the phone?hella annoying! I was told the driver was given the correct number when I called. 2 hours later I never received my order. SoI drive to the store, asked for the manager. She laughs and then slowly approaches the counter as if she knew there was a messup already. I explained the situation and show my receipts. She said she gave the driver my correct info?She calls the driver ,and he says that he delivered my Order.why would I be here if I got my order? Mind you the manager never apologized for the mixup or the delay in my Order. She tells me that I would have to pay all over again if I wanted to not pay the online pricesversus the pick up price. So now I?ve paid online fees plus a tip but I had to come to the store. She said she could not refundme my money at all. Even if that the case, she still didn?t offer anything for my inconvenience. The manager didn?t offer anyincentives or anything. She had a smirk on her face the entire time. She then tells the driver after he lied and told her thathe delivered it to me, to bring the food back to the store. So now I?m standing in the store making sure they make fresh foodand not give me 2 hour old food. I will never order from here again. The service is always bad. I am very dissatisfied with this place and this mess that I received. I ordered my pizza and they said it would be ready in 30... min I sat in my car less than 30min went inside gave them my name in the food was there. I get to my home to open the boxes upand see this mess as if the pizza have been sitting there for like 2 hours and all they did was reheat the food and the chickenwas suppose to be buffalo they just sprinkled hot sauce on it and it was very soggy and not fully cooked. October 9, 2020 I consider Domino's pizza to be the is best major chain pizza restaurant. The cheese to meat ratio is always... satisfying. It's not too saucy or crusty like others. My suggestion is to ask for lite barbecue sauce when ordering the bbqchicken wings because it's always haphazardly saucy (unless that's your thing). Read more
