I?ve never had an issue with round table until today. I placed a curbside order online. When I got there I called the restaurant... as it?s instructed on the website. The woman who answered the phone asked ?you can?t just come in? ? I told her that it defeatsthe purpose of a curbside order and she hung up on me. As I was walking in the restaurant, I over heard her speaking about me tothe other employees. She said I was lazy and she?s tired of customers like me. At first I figured that maybe they were busy andthat?s why she couldn?t step outside to bring me my order, but I was literally the only customer there. I then explained to herthat the reason why I placed a curbside order was because I have 2 toddlers in the car and it?s just easier for me . She thensaid ? I only said that because customers are lazy ? At this point, I?m just over it. I?m truly disgusted and appalled .Customer service is terrible and apparently I?m lazy and an inconvenience for them. Have been ordering regularly for a few months now from this location. Pizza is always hot and delicious. On a day off I decided... to put an order in early online before they open. Their driver had called in saying he?d be a little late. Ryan immediatelycalled me and let me know there will likely be a delay. (He then called back a few minutes later after talking to the driverletting me know they could still deliver in a reasonable amount of time) Thank you Ryan for getting ahead of any possibleissue. I haven't been to this location in while aside frompicking up a free pizza a couple weeks ago, my last visit was disappointing... in every aspect so I started using another location. But today I was in the area and pizza and a salad sounded really good so Istopped in, I normally just order to go but I dined in to get out of the heat. Jackie C waited on me and she was very pleasant(the whole staff seemed great), she helped me decide on my order ( she could tell I wasn't doing well, I was hot tired andstarving) and brought it out when it was ready and kept checking on me throughout my visit, it was like being at a bigrestaurant rather than a pizza joint. I asked for a non-spicy meat pizza. I emphasized four times that pizza should not be spicy, since my wife is pregnant and spicy... pizza is not suitable for her. But they made me a spicy pizza! Read more
I always order from this Round Table. I always order for delivery. Always get my order on time, and always hot. Delivery... drivers are always pleasant, and very courteous. There is an RT closer to me, but I prefer this one, as all the employees arealways so nice, and the drivers are always on time, and always knock on my door to let me know my order has arrived. Well it took them over 30 mins from when it left the restaurant to get to my house by delivery driver I live two blocks from it... I could have driven and gotten my pizza faster. When I get my pizzas and I open the box it's stuck to the box half my pizza hasminimal cheese and the other half is drenched in it this is the worst experience I've ever had we called the manager he didn'tcare don't waste your money here we paid $75.85 for a large pizza a medium Pizza six garlic twists and one ranch for deliverywhen I shell out that kind of money I expect quality this place does not have quality control do yourself a favor call the oneon sunrise boulevard on Monday and get 50% off they actually take care of you this one doesn't care you lost a customerpermanently oh in this customer knows the number to corporate whom I will be calling tomorrow congratulations your franchisee isprobably going to remove you Matt you're a horrible manager you don't deserve the position you're in. I love this place!! The sushi us AMAZING and they have this entree where you can order and ENTIRE BOAT OF SUSHI!!!!! If you love... sushi you better come here. The waitresses are always friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring a village if your going to buythe boat for your dinner!! Read more
