Unless you have an hour to wait I suggest that you try any of the other Kiki?s. I placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats,... and at 7:59 saying my order was ready for pickup. I arrive at 8:06 and was confused when they said my order would be outshortly. I waited 30 minutes and went inside after I saw the later who was in line after me get her order which was larger thanmine. They said that they don?t start orders until I get there which doesn?t make sense, and even if that was the policy thatshould be made known to the customer and doesn?t explain how people behind me got their order first. I requested they cancel myorder and neither of them could figure out how to do it. Since they lied about my order being ready at 7:50 Uber wouldn?t allowme to cancel either. When I asked to speak to management they said they had no idea when he was coming back and then lied andsaid they had a supervisor at the restaurant on Auburn. I went to that restaurant and they said all the restaurant arefranchised and operate independently l. Kiki's Chicken is a small restaurant chain with a focus on chicken tenders, wings and fries! The chicken is seasoned and fried!... It's So Good! Much different from any other restaurant recipe! They serve tenders, waffles & chicken, wings, fries, GarlicFries, tots, salad, etc. I'm hooked on tots w/chicken. Tator tots loaded with chopped tenders, cheese and sauces like ranch &buffalo.
