Went on a friday night because of a glowing review and everything from food to service was mediocre. They need more time to get... better because the level of service and food I received was not worth the bill paid. $80 meal 3 adult plates one child's plate 2soft drinks. Food did not come out for 45 minutes and no appetizer at all because they didn't have in stock they said, but wasntinformed until we received actual meal. Two out of 4 orders were wrong. Had to seat ourselves and give our drink order twice. Itruthfully think they need more time to get it together. Read more
The food is incredible and the service is upstanding. Been living in Carmel for 15 years and this is the first time I stepped... foot in this restaurant. We have already eaten here numerous times since they have opened and the owner /chef has always made ita point to walk around and welcome his guests! We just want to keep coming back to try new foods! My favorite is the cubano withtostones (my kids love it!) My husband said the Pork Mofongo was slamming! Again second time here not disappointed! The new owners are Charming the entire family delightful. The dishes were savory,... cooked perfectly to order and plentiful. My dining partner wanted something authentic and not necessarily on the menu the chefcame and spoke to her and prepared something specific for them!
