The interior of the restaurant is a little run down and the floors where very dirty. Needed a good mopping.
UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. Reggie argued with me about incorrect order. Had to ask for napkins, seemed totally put out. When I... asked for mustard there was none at the window had to wait for it to be found. There’s so much more but I’m too tired tofinish this review. Well I was in town and I was excited to see that at my last stop for work across the street was a White Castle. We don't have... any of them in my area so I don't get to eat it very often. I go to order little slower than normal but nothing too bad. Took alittle longer to get my food still happy about my choice. Then bam luke warm fries lukewarm I mean they were barely even hot. Itwas like 11:30 so it wasn't like a lunch rush there seemed to be an ample amount of people there super super disappointed. Theburgers were mostly okay one of them that look like somebody got a little crazy with extra pickles which it's a good thing Ilike pickles. Just very disappointed in the experience. Read more
Not my best visit to a White Castle, very slow and the credit card machine needed rebooted.... once I was finally back on the... road I noticed that I did not receive a straw or stir stick. The food was very good but the whole experience was disappointing:/ Read more
The person working there was so nice. He had worked there 7 years and proud of the place. Food of course is always yummy
