Hair in my sandwich. The man in drive thru was incredibly rude and would not provide a receipt even after I asked for one,... claiming the machine was broken. He didn?t even look at me when I pulled up. Just opened the window and stuck his hand out forpayment. He shoved my food out the window and closed it before I could even say anything. Worst wendy's I've eaten in. The guy gave me a burger that the meat looked like it was cooked early that morning but I received... it at 6 in the evening. The lobby wasn't open I had to go drive-thru worst customer service ever, try to order the man sounded mad asked me to drive... through, I had coupon with serious anger look on his face snapped "coupon" I smiled back and said hello first snapped at meagain and said "coupon" I smiled said hello and gave him my coupon, I was trying to explain what I need with my order, but heignored me and turned his back after taking my money, my orders included drinks with my meals, few minutes later told me to pullup somewhere, was no cars behind me waited in the parking lot over 20 minutes he had two cars after me, the doors were lockednobody came out. I kept knocking on the door I walked to the drive-thru window asking the girl where is my order and beenwaiting for a while she forgot me they gave me my order cold, didn't hand me my drinks before before pulling out the window andwere trying to give me my order with 4 drinks and large bag handed me out from drive-thru window without a drink carrier, myFrench fries were cold, chicken sandwiches were soggy I was too disgusted to go back for refund!
