Employees are always rude. They will not take more than one order per car even though there is no line, but also won't open the... lobby to walk in. Even the taco bell in bad locations do better than this. Read more

The chips in the nachos tasted moth-eaten in stale. Called them to give them a heads up so they didn't serve them to anybody... else and he hung up on me. If you didn't do that, I wouldn't have written this review. Should have known better not to eatthere. Read more

My order was actually right this time and my sauce was in the bag. The guy who took my order was funny and engaging. Normally... they rush you and don't let you finish your order. This time the experience was alot better. Read more

ZERO stars. Absolutely awful service. Waited 20 minutes in a 2 car line, 3/5 items given to me were made extremely wrong and I... was even given someone else?s item so someone else had a bad day. I tried going inside to get it fixed and it was locked duringopen hours. I had to wait in a long line again. All the cars in front of me were gone and I was told to wait as they had a bigorder they were making, but they inside was closed and I was the one next in line? Make that make sense. They tried getting meto pay for the corrected order. That was a funny moment. Even funnier was when the SECOND order was messed up. I can?t sayenough awful things about the management here. Time for a new beginner job for you sir. awful. I?m not kidding when I say theymessed up 2/3 of the items I had to go fix the first time. They are purposely messing with us or something right? Someone, ifnot everyone, needs fired. Absolutely atrocious Cars were LINING up to get their food fixed.
