I have been to Rose and Lois once or twice before but my visit yesterday was exceptional. The cafe was busy, but the staff... greeted with a smile and was able to keep a fast pace. I sat and enjoyed my coffee while my two toddlers played in thechildren?s area, and I was happy knowing they were safe and having fun with the various toys and actives they have there. I feelas though most coffee shops focus more on the average business person, that us parents of young children get overlooked. I oftenfeel out of place taking my kids to local coffee shops, but Rose and Lois makes us feel welcomed and I really appreciate havinga fun spot to take my kids to while also enjoying delicious coffee and pastries. Decided to try this gem a few weeks ago. I went with the seasonal Buckeye latte and the wife went with the Peppermint mocha. We... also both ordered what we thought were sausage egg and cheese burritos, but we read the menu wrong and received breakfastsandwiches instead. I?m hindsight the menu could have been a little more clear, but we could have also asked. Either way thesandwiches were good, not great. However the coffee was fantastic! Greta flavor, good temp and came in a giant cup. Overall 4.3,definitely will be back. They also have a private room that can be user for client meetings and is first come first served. Read more
