Worst service ever at this location! Lady taking our order was very rude and left and started doing something else in the middle... of taking our order. Witnessed her touching a piece of chicken with her bare hand while she wore a glove on the other hand!?? Wewalked out and went next door to Taco Bell. I had the WORST experience last night at this location! I received and inaccurate order and what I did receive was cold, stale,... and very hard! Upon making the 20mins drive back to the restaurant after realizing they pretty much had just threw whatever theywanted to in my bags, I encountered even more incompetence from the employees. Then, I was informed that I couldn't get a refundbecause it was out the the "window time". How?!!! This location is HORRIBLE, especially for Carmel, IN. It needs to be shut downimmediately. Overcooked dry chicken sandwich that was literally missing two whole ingredients. This is the third time in a row they've served... me this ultra dry super crusty chicken. Disappointing because I love Popeyes, but not when it's cooked like this. Read more
Just as most on here my experience was awful as well. Under cooked chicken and super greasy!!! Not cool! I was about to feed... this to my family on top of my order being incomplete. Get it together people. Read more
The chicken was hot and fresh but the sides were barely half full. There was so much empty space a took a pic before I ate any... of it to post for this review. And remember I hadn't touched other than to take the lid off. My son got chicken tenders andfries and he hardley got any fries. Read more
