I was greeted right when I walked in the door as always. The cashier was an older gentleman this time whom I didn't recognize... but was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The food was hot and tasty as always. And, although I havebeen to this particular location many, many times and I always have a pleasant visit this occasion in particular was truly agreat and memorable experience. Read more

I love the food, but the price you pay for it, the sandwiches have shrunked in size and not worth the price anymore. I paid... $13.49 for regular size sub and it was all bread and very little meat. Read more

This is a local spot at work for a quick in and out. Today was absolutely the worst. I Paid for a sandwich meal. They rang up... the wrong sandwich and kept the original price( mine was cheaper) and gave no fresh cuts. Every worker and patron in the placewas having a bad time. Need to get it together or will definitely lose customers. Read more

It was ok, but I'm not sure that I'm down with almost 15 bucks for a regular sandwich and a small fry.

0 stars. They failed to add a veggie sandwich to carry out order. Went back in to get it. Got home and all it had on the... sandwich was lettuce and tomato ( the requested toppings) - no veggies and no cheese. Hardly a veggie sandwich which is clearlyon the menu. Not only did they make a sandwich with just lettuce and tomato but the lettuce or tomatoes must not have have beencleaned properly or were bad because I got sick. Not a pleasant experience. Some like it hot. Some like it cold, this place has it all. Ok just kidding, it's your standard sub/sandwich place. Customize... your sandwich to your liking, get it hot/toasted or cold. They do have pretty good fresh-squeezed lemonade. Every now and thenI'll splurge and get one of their gigantic chocolate chip cookies which I personally love. They sometimes get busy, but seem tokeep up pretty well keeping the orders moving along. Read more

I would visited this penn station once on my work break and this penn station made me fall in love with penn station again. The... sandwich was cooked perfectly and I asked for heavy on the mayo and they put on just the right amount on every time????. I eventried going to other penn stations like the one on 10th and shadeland, the one in Ripple and the one in Castleton, but nonecould even come close to the tatse. Their sandwiches aren't super salty like the other Penn Stations seem to be. Every cook Ihad cooked the sandwiches perfectly and the fries were hot. They mostly seemed very understaffed. I usually only see twoworkers mostly working but they always treated me very well. I would order ahead to give them time to put a lil extra love intomy sandwich. Then when I arrived, I would go next door to flying cupcake ???? ???? to enjoy a strawberry ???? ???? (which areamazing ???? ???? best ones in the city hands down) just to give them a lil extra time on my sandwich. Ur not living life tillu had both of these treats. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH ???? Best thing about this penn station is that it's very clean and won'thave u sick on the stomach or running to the restroom after u annihilate their Philly cheesestake. Read more

They offer a premium sub and while price reflected that, the service did not. The establishment was clean and food was good, but... we waited 35 minutes after ordering for 2 subs, 2 fries and 2 drinks. When asking about an expected ETA, we?re where curtlytold, ?sorry for the delay, we?ll have it to you as soon as it is ready.? Read more
