Seriously, what did you expect, it's Olive Garden after all! We tried their takeout recently for a fairly large group (9 in all)... and the Michigan Rd location didn't disappoint! I stopped in for lunch and got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks with Alfredo. Food was delicious as always. My server... (Alexis) said it was only her fourth day on the job but she was working very hard to serve her 3-4 tables. It was overall avery enjoyable experience. Read more

It was a great experience. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. I felt bad as she had heard wrong for the order for my... daughter. She fixed it quickly and politely. I realized after the fact that she thought I had said the same after ordering myfood, instead of salmon. I appreciate her fixing the order for us. We will be back. Read more

Needed soup due to a surgery. I ordered two soup from Olive Garden and they said it will take no more than 30 minutes. I arrived... early. Called them and they said it should be out in a few. As patient as I was I waited another 20 minutes sitting in the car.The car next to me - a police officer also order food and left because food was not ready. The girl arrived but mistakenlythought we were the cop that left because his food did come out on time. Then, I decided to go inside myself to grab my food. Onmy watch they still messed up my order. Nevertheless, I ended up staying to grab my food. If you order food online with them, beaware that you might need to go inside to get it yourself. I never had such issue at any Olive Garden! We ordered our meals as soon as we were seated along with our drinks. By the time we received our soups and salad we needed... refills on our drinks. We then had to wait until our entrees arrived to receive refills. My first go around of chickenparmigiana was cold and dry. This round was even worse. The soups were cold as well. Actually the most disappointing experience I've ever had at an olive garden. Started out with 30 minute wait turning in to a 45... minute only getting a table after I said something. Very small menu selections. No salad dressing alternatives and currently 20minute of waiting for our food... 35 minutes... 50 minutes... 1hr 10 minutes we got our food. It was delicious. Read more

We had great service, given the times we live in currently. I love the Pasta fajol soup and Lasagna. (Many years ago, OG had a... 7 meat Lasagna, with they’d bring that back again for a while). The breadsticks are great with the soup. Out other dish wasthe Chicken and shrimp carbonara. It was good too. Couldn’t pass up having the Tiramisu for dessert, event though we werestuffed. Read more
