When the manager tells you to 'calm down' and then actually places a hand on your shoulder...seriously. It's your app that is... complicated with the discount code...he actually needed to pull out step by step instructions to get it to work then told me itwasn't his fault because he's not the software designer. Great Toasted New Yorker sandwich. Melted swiss and stoneground mustard in perfect proportions on marble rye with... pastrami/corned beef. The side pickle spills juice out, but I will remember next time. Wonderful polite attention by the staffin the middle of the afternoon. Great job by all. Go and enjoy a good meal here soon. Read more
I usually love McAlister but this location needs some work.Not very clean floors sticky then forgot the mustard that came on ham... and cheese melt. The pretzel dogs kids meal I got were good though. But forgot the sauce that was showed on sign that I thoughtwould came with automatically on the side. Read more
This McAlisters is really nice. It took some navigation to get to and was kind of tucked into a plaza making it a bit hard to... get to. I think this worked in our favor because it was a not busy at all. The person who took our order was very kind andpatient with us. They did have the soft rock muzak blaring like it was the roller rink, which took away from our businessmeeting. We asked for it to be turned down because we didn't want to shout our confidential info at each other. Other than that,it was a great place to have lunch. Read more
App-order: download the app and get their delicious Lemonade for free like I did the first time. I had enough reward points and... redeemed for a pick 2: half sandwhich and half spud. Roast beef and Swiss was a bit salty but the spud was delicious. Servicewas friendly, helpful, quick. Establishment was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Read more
This place is ridiculous. I had a to go order ready sitting behind the counter. The lady at the counter said I couldn't "cut"... in front of the people who hadn't ordered yet and had to wait behind the 7 people yet to order. It would have taken her 5seconds to grab it, but I had to wait for those people to order and her to run food in the meantime. So silly. Read more
