By far the absolute worst service we've ever consistently received from anywhere. If you don't actually want pizza and just want... to donate to a Marcos, please order pizza from here. It will never make it to you and they will make sure to not offer solutionsand make you feel like it's your fault for ordering pizza and then expecting pizza. So you're better off ordering pizza fromanywhere else. Read more

Ordered 10 pizzas online for a birthday party. Pick up time was 1:45. Website said they were making my pizza and estimated... time of completion was at 1:45. I show up at 1:45, store was not even open. Employee comes to the door, won?t open the door. Tells me they open at 4. I show him my order, he just shrugs and walks to the back. Luckily the store on 161st in Westfieldwas able to quickly make pizzas for me and give me a discount. Go to that store instead. Read more

No stars. Ordered pizza online.... Store not open when we arrived. Waited an hour, no late show to open. No pizza. No answer... to numerous phone calls. Today I drove there to get a refund. NOT OPEN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE (i couldn't postthis unless i added a star.) Read more

Nice go-to for decent, inexpensive pizza. There have been issues a couple of times, but each time the manager took care of it... and made it right. Good customer service goes a long way in bumping up the rating. Read more

My first pizza from Marcos Pizza a meat lover with no meat or cheese hardly and it was dry and hard. I'll never return back .

Will be showing up tomorrow morning for a refund or a pizza. I ordered at 8:56 pm and they took the money off my card and then... never delivered it even though I got charged for a delivery fee. Very disappointed tonight will never order from thisestablishment again. Read more

Eric, the new manager is very customer friendly. He always shows me the pizza to see if I approve and I have to tell you, I have... had several good pizzas since he's been there. A wonderful improvement over previous managers who every other one was so-so. Icome for one at least once a week. Keep up the great work! Tasty, tasty, tasty! Read more

Web ordering was difficult as it ask for my address twice yet didn?t use googles autofill. Carryout was promised at 7:11, got... there at 7:15. Three guys were working and looked up at me several times but did not acknowledge or welcome me to Marcos for 10minutes. When one finally came to counter with the why you bothering us attitude and mumbled something I gave my name and hedid not respond, just looked at computer. After a minute or two he said my order wasn?t ready and please have a seat. At 7:35another employee appeared (female) and asked my name and said my order was ready and handed me two cold boxes of pizza andwings. The food was reasonably good considering it wasn?t warm. Staff needs to work on customer relations. Web orderingsystem needs some work. Read more
