Wish I had looked at the recent reviews of the store before going - they are accurate. See the review by Nathan Harris for an... accurate picture of what our chicken looked like . We asked for a 12 piece bucket of half and half but everything looked thesame - the breading was overcooked and it was super greasy. It was almost like it was left over from the night before and thenthrown in the fryer to warm it up. The employees were pleasant enough to us but for $40 it was a big disappointment. Might aswell have had a bucket of leftover Walmart chicken. This was 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Sad. Will not be going back. Read more
The worst chicken I have ever had. I ordered extra crispy. The crispy part was so over cooked that it was not edible and hard... like a rock. The chicken was so dry it was unedible. I ended up taking off all of the fried part and giving the chicken only tomy dog to get some benefit from the bucket of chicken. Someone should close this place down. This place has no quality and thepeople who work there just don't care about the food they are turning out. This place has problems on several levels. Justterrible and a complete waste of your money. Please go to any other KFC location for your own health. Im assuming this location must have terrible management. They?re awful... at being prepared to take very basic orders in a timely fashion and aren?t very respectful. I highly doubt they?d be able topass a health inspection too, just behind the counter and you?ll want to turn around and leave. Read more
I've never gotten burnt chicken at a KFC before, so there's that. Also, the gravy and/or potatoes tasted like menthol cigarettes... smell. I'm still not quite sure what to make of that.. and I have no idea if it relates to the workers what were outsidesmoking.. but I won't be coming back. Read more
I waited 10 minutes for a Nashville hot and a chicken sandwich.Nobody was there.Unprofessional,they forgot my sandwich and I... realized that when I drove home.This was the second time.I guess It was also the last. Read more
I love KFC but the staff at this location are problematic. The drive thru worker yells and makes you feel pressured to order... ASAP and gets even louder when you either ask a question or substitute something. Then they ask you to pull forward so theirtimer gets reset even if no one is behind you. Then they take an additional 5 minutes to get your order out to you. The lasttime I told them I didn't want to pull forward because it took a long time, the worker proceeded to say that wasn't me now pullforward. Fearing he would mess with my food I had to oblige, it then took another 5 minutes... The food is sometimes stale aswell, I ordered chicken tenders once and they were hardened. Almost every evening without failure they turn off the fryers andsay they are out of chicken, I am assuming it's so they can close early. I have given this branch so many opportunities butsadly it has let me down too many countless times. I will never return to this branch. Read more
We get KFC once in a while. On Thursday or Sunday usually. We love the original recipe. We will usually get the family meal.... It's a convenient choice when mom needs a break from cooking. Read more
This staff is so scared of spice. Check your food because you might have to come back again for literally any type flavor on... your food. Won't return. Read more
