Most unprofessional manager / staff I have ever met. Ordered my food for delivery. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. No delivery... was made. We then called the store to let them know we would pick up the food instead. The food was NOT READY when I arrived,they were serving other orders in front of ours after we ordered over an hour ago. Ridiculous. HIGHLY Recommend you stay awayfrom this store. Read more
Order placed: 12:09 PM Store Called: 1:26PM Manager said "we got slammed, it's leaving now..." Order received: 1:58PM I'm a 5... minute drive from this store, literally 2 blocks away. Was there a traffic jam too, or do your drivers just do whatever thy feellike doing? I'd love to have my $2.00 tip back, the punk who delivered it shouldn't get a dime for serving me a sandwich thatprobably sat at room temp for more than an hour. I ordered from them at 12:15pm and my food wasn’t delivered an hour later so I called and they said mine wasn’t a priority... and wouldn’t be delivered for a while. Like a long while and unless another order was coming my way I had to wait. I wasliterally two minutes down the street. If I had my car I would have gotten it myself but my car currently isn’t working. Ishould not have to wait hours for a sandwich... that’s ridiculous. Read more
Freaky Slow. Jimmy Johns prides itself on being a fast delivery service. But this location consistently has me waiting 45+... minutes for my order. Thankfully, orders are normally right. It’s in your best interest to order in store if you’re in ahurry for a bite. If you do delivery, don’t expect it to consistently be fast. Read more
I personally enjoy Jimmy John's food. This restaurant meets expectations for the franchise in the food quality, cleanliness,... friendliness, and location section for me. However, this location didn't receive 5 stars due to the following. 1. It was theslowest franchise that I've been to. We ordered 2 sandwiches and it took a lot longer than I'm used to at Jimmy John's. 2. Thislocation is very small. There were only 2 tables with 4 seats. All the other tables were 2 tops. 3. The table wasn't veryclean. The rest of the restaurant was clean, but the only 4 seat table that was available wasn't clean. All in all I would eatthere again. Read more
Freaky Fast? More like Freaking Forever. The least amount of time it has taken for a delivery to make it to our house (which is... exactly 5 minutes away from the restaurant) is 45 minutes. Usually it takes longer than that. They forgot straws, made oursandwiches wrong, our ice was almost completely melted and the drinks were disgusting. The manager was rude and unprofessional.I actually called to speak with the manager this time. When I asked for a manager she answered : "It is I". Seriously. And shesounded absolutely bored to be taking to me. Nothing was done to fix our issues. If you care at all about having a pleasantexperience, do not order from here. Read more
As always this place does an excellent job giving you a relatively nutritious meal at a decent price. I will say after today's... experience that there was quite a bit more lettuce than there was actual tuna so I'm not sure if the Sandwich Artist fell asleepat the wheel or they just do it a different style here. Its been awhile since weve been there. My sandwitch was supposed to have cucumbers & tomatos on it along with the turkey, cheese... and little dab of avacado. I had a total of 3 small thin slices of cucumber and 2 little slices of tomato. The turkey is sosalty its hard to eat very much. I wrapped most of it up to give to my grandaughter. We will go to Subway from now on, the meatsaren't as high in sodium. Read more
