Great Customer Service!!!! Ordered catering online for my daughter's graduation and entered the wrong date. Called the store... and was immediately corrected as well as asking if all the condiments and toppings could be on the side. Done. I scheduled a delivery 1 hour in advance to give the staff time to get my food to me when I needed it. It came 1 hour later than... the scheduled time with part of the order missing. The order was 2 sandwiches. They forgot half of the order with 1 hoursnoticed. Another time I placed an order on their app at 6pm (store says they?re open until 8pm). It never came. I called thestore after an hour and no one answered. I drove to the store and it was closed. I drove back the next day to get a refund andthey said they closed at 5:30 and that the jimmy johns app and Google are wrong. Ok. But the sign on the front of your buildingsays open until 8. And what fast food restaurant closes at 5:30 on a Saturday? I mean I get it. I was once a high school kidwho didn?t want to work a Saturday shift.
