When your hours are posted until 9pm, then you close at 9. When I see a worker literally throwing a fit before I even get out... of my truck, it makes me take my business elsewhere. Staff needs to know and understand about cleanliness. Wearing gloves great but then they go and pull up their pants, wipe hands... on aprons and touch money / cash register and go right back to making your sandwich. Why not change out the gloves. Its justun-clean. Read more

I went to this place to eat and found pieces of metal in my cookie. Who knows if I swallowed any before discovering it. I showed... the young lady at the register the cookie with metal still in it and she gave a annoyed look and asked "do you want anotherone?" Why would I want another one?!
