If you are never going to open the dining area consistently again, then you should provide benches for customers to wait for... their orders! Witnessed a postman sitting at a table while waiting for his order and an employee told him the dining room wasclosed and he couldn't even sit to wait! Corporate needs to train what the minimum number needed on a shift to work a plan Afor the drive thru & dining area to operate? Plan B just Drive-thru?or Plan C just indoors w/ dining facilities open (likeclosing an hour earlier to clean the dining area). Just having a single line drive thru however will cut sales unless you getsomeone out there like Chickfila or 2 lines like McDonald's. But, we go to Einstein for the service, that's why you don't seeone in every corner. Get staff that understands what hospitality means. Competition coming around the corner very soon...BagelFair! I used to love this location but it seems like ever since they started asking for tips the quality of both their customer... service and preparation of food have gone down the toilet. How are the tips even split up? It doesn't really even make sense toask for tips at a fast food restaurant, just pay your staff a living wage. Love the coffee and bagels, they refuse to open the dining room post COVID-19. I won't be meeting any clients there anymore. I... can't imagine it takes that much additional staff time to wipe some tables down. Last time I was there they had four staffworking and the dining room was closed. It was 10:30 in the morning and an old lady was sitting outside in the wind with hergranddaughter. Way to take something great and destroy it Einstein's! Read more
