I was in the Carmel area and decided to get cold stone. My usual store is 82nd street or Broadripple and I go ALOT. Clay terrace... gave me the "like it" amount of ice cream and I paid for a "love it size"! 1st bad experience ever. I guess I better stick tomy county! Read more

A fan favorite stop when we drive to Clay Terrace! The Reese Cup is worth a try-- I order it every time instead of ice cream.... The team knocks out lines at a nice pace, as well. Beware-- parking is limited. Plan to park a little bit away and walk. Seatingis also very limited, but outdoor seating is available nearby. Read more
My ice cream had freezer burn and was very gross, I couldn?t even finish it. The pup cup was very sad and disappointing. She... tried selling us doggie treats instead of a pup cup on an 82 degree day. Doggie treats aren?t an option for everyone as mine hasa sensitive stomach and would cause diarrhea. Her idea of a pup cup was a nickel size dab of whip cream in a cup. Furthermore,when I got home I had diarrhea 4 times and severe cramping. Very underwhelming, upsetting, disappointing customer service, andexperience. Not worth $10 in the slightest. Read more

Gonna give you 5 star's, because I like the ice cream. However, as of late you all have been skimping on the toppings, last time... I got the strawberry blonde, I asked for marshmallows and sprinkles, I got 1 strawberry and no marshmallows or sprinkles.....
